Return Policy
At Bennie Restaurant & Bar, all canapé and catering orders are prepared fresh to ensure the highest quality. As our products are perishable food items with a limited shelf life, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
We kindly ask customers to review their order carefully before confirming. If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us immediately at hi@benniefood.co.uk so we can assist.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
To guarantee freshness and timely preparation, we kindly ask that all canapé orders are placed at least 4 hours before the requested delivery time.
We currently offer delivery within London only. A fixed delivery fee of £10 applies to all orders.
For larger orders, please note our special offer: free delivery on orders over 300 canapés.
